We are a Soley donation run organization so we are always looking for cash donations to help towards basic care costs such as vetting, food, fuel costs and among many other basic needs.

What is a Virtual Foster?  Becoming a virtual foster allows you to sponsor any animal in our facility and assist us in providing care for them.  

How does it work? Once you send an email to pawscrossedvirtualfoster@gmail.com one of our volunteers will reach out to you to discuss your selection, and gather your information.  You will then receive an introduction email with information about your new foster!  On Sunday of each week you will receive an email including pictures or videos of your sponsored animal and information about their week at Paws Crossed. This could include details of vet appointments, shelter activities, if they have a meet and greet with potential adopters and their general wellbeing!

Would you like to meet your foster?  You can schedule a one hour session in our meet and greet area to hang out with your Foster every month!*

How much does it cost? Virtual Foster is $42 a month, or $120 quarterly, or $450 for the whole year! Sponsor for however long you like!

Can I give this as a gift to someone?  Absolutely! So long as you can provide us their contact e-mail we will send correspondence to them and let them know an animal has been sponsored in their name, who it is from (if you wish) and how they can select their new foster and schedule to meet them (if desired).   

What happens if my foster is adopted?  You’ll receive an update e-mail letting you know the good news and a list of currently unsponsored animals you can choose to transfer your sponsorship to for the remainder of your foster period.
